No BDU's, No Drill Sergeant, No Cadence, just a kick butt workout in a group setting.
Our Boot Camps are fun and Successful! We incorporate hard core cardio training along with innovative functional training,
core training and strength training to give you the most optimal workout possible every day. You are likely to see anything
from a row of cones, to a stack of tires at our BOOT CAMPS! You will spend one hour a day, up to 5 days a week, getting transformed
into a Fit Machine! You have your choice of class times (refer to class schedule). You are not restricted to any one class
time. To allow flexibility, you can come at anytime we have available.
